These terms govern your use of FutureProof, operated by FutureProofQuiz ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

The service

FutureProof provides a free online career assessment and an optional paid, AI-generated career report (the "Report"). Results are for informational and educational purposes only and are not professional career, psychological, financial or legal advice. We do not guarantee any employment, income or other outcome.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. The Report is a one-time purchase (price shown at checkout, including applicable taxes). There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Digital content and right of withdrawal

The Report is digital content delivered immediately after payment. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you expressly request immediate delivery at checkout and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins. This does not affect your statutory rights if the Report is faulty or not delivered — see our Refund Policy.

Your data and results

Anyone with the link to your results or Report can view it, so keep it private if you don't want to share it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

AI-generated content

The Report is generated by an AI model based on your answers and our career database. It may contain errors. Salary and job-growth figures are approximate and based on public US government statistics.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' results, or resell Reports.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Language

These terms are provided in several languages. If there is a conflict between versions, the English version prevails, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
